Tulare County Office of Education, through its Foster & Homeless Youth Services program, provides support services to foster children who suffer the traumatic effects of displacement from family and schools and multiple placements in foster care. The goal of the program is to increase the stability in placements for foster children and homeless youth. The services provided are designed to improve education performance as well as personal achievement.
