Community Services Employment Training, Inc. (CSET) creates opportunities for children, youth, parents, and families by providing education and training, facilitates youth and community development, and creates jobs and resources. Assistance offered may include services available through CSET’s Energy Services Department and Community Initiatives Department, as well as Workforce Development Services, and Sequoia Community Corps. Family Services of Tulare County serves as a multi-service organization that helps children, adults, and families throughout Tulare County heal from violence and thrive in healthy relationships.  Family Services of Tulare County serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse.  They also offer prevention programs to help stop the cycle of abuse. HHSA – Child Welfare Services (CWS) provides services to HHSA -CWS clients, Probation clients, and juveniles at risk of foster care placement.
